See? This is what I'm talking about. Do you think the RH Bill could have saved her? Hell no. Just a few days ago I saw this cute girl, somewhere around 12-14 years old and almost 5 feet tall. She was pregnant. What kinda fucker did that to her? Her mom was very supportive but she sure didn't look very happy. RH Bill? Bah! While government-funded condoms and contraceptives won't reach everyone (heck, our students don't even have pencils), the shift in culture will be universal. Hello, pre-teen moms!
