GamerTotoy Soapbox: On idol-atry

I have to admit, idol talk around these parts is rather refreshing. Let's continue where we left off.

============================

ah... you can't make an argument and you bring in wwe into conversation. The Miz sucks, how do you know? Do you see him in practice? Do you see the hard work they put into their scripted wrestling? It may be scripted, but they get beat up one way or another, they all worked to get to that spot, and again, they all started out pathetic and undeserving of attention until they got their big break.

It's called an analogy, you fucktard. Everyone knows at this point that WWE superstars work hard to deserve airtime, but that doesn't mean The Miz isn't a piece of shit. He puts his predecessors to shame the same way John "Fruity Pebbles" Cena does.

Ah... and about Koharu, if they hate her so much, why include her in Dream Morning? Not everyone from the old days is part of that now, are they? It's just a select group.So if she sucks...and if she is hated by everyone...why is she there hm?

Why? It's a job opportunity that could've been given to anyone else. Tsunku promised he'll help his graduates after all. Also, like Sayumi, Koharu is a talentless hack with a marketable (even if annoying) personality. They have something to cover for their lack of other good features. H!P PH members don't.

AKB choreograph well, they perform more often, and in terms of cd sales, I think they do better than MM. If that's not success for you, then I don't know what is.

They work harder and make a shit ton more money (AKB48 donated an insane amount of money to Japan tsunami relief efforts), yes. Who said AKB48 wasn't successful? Its management knows and utilized very well the fact that sex sells.

erm.... now tell me HP doesn't use the same tactics? isn't it the same locally? show some skin and perverts got after you like bees drawn to honey? it's how the industry works.

No, H!P doesn't have skanky PVs and magazine exposure.
